Ms. Griffith is passionate about helping families with special education needs. She has a sibling with special needs and grew up watching her parents advocate for her brother's education and services. She understands first-hand that advocating for your child's educational needs is often a challenging process. Ms. Griffith feels privileged to help families ensure their child receives the education they deserve.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Joan H. Proper, Ms. Griffith practiced at a large law firm and with the federal government. Her and her husband reside in Fairfax county with their two young children.
